Just found the numberplate on the, later placed, third picture at Traumautoarchiv.de, i think Scandinavian: DE 42023. Maybe it will help finding the chassis number and history (see picture).

And why Gläser? Some local rebuilt would also be possible. Is it so difficult a quick look under the hood to look at the chassis number? that would solve easily the history. I'll trace the 20-25 that went to Norway
