The body of the successful series of Stanguellinis also inspired a cabriolet built on the chassis of the British Healey with its four-cylinder 2.4 litre Riley engine, a car that was also shown at the Carrozieri Exhebition in Milan.
Caption of another picture from this car that is present in the book "The automotive art of Bertone" by Rob de la Rive Box:
Completed in 1948, the grille of the Healey shows a strong American influence, and the car has wide doors and a long overhang beyond the rear wheels.
This cas had been introduced to the 1947 Italian coachbuilders exhibition at the Triennale of Milan. Designed by Revelli, it recalls the Nardi-Danese cabriolet.
