or perhaps Thrupp and Maberly?

Anton, this is a 25/30 with an allweather tourer by Gurney Nutting for the Maharadja of Darbhanga. However Allweather Bodies is a company which has nothing to do with the allweather tourer or allweather cabriolet body style. To confuse mathers further there is an allweather cabriolet by Allweather Bodies on the Phantom III.
The black Phantom II shown is indeed a Drop Head coupe by Allweather Bodies, the primrose/beige car is not.
