This is actually not a Panhard, but rather a AB Motorfabriken car bought by Hjalmar Granhult. The picture was taken in Torsby with him driving it.

The book about the swedish coachbuilder writes Panhard & Levassor.
But maybe the car had only a Panhard engine, like many other cars at this time.

Assuming we have the same book, what it actually says is this:

"One of the persons who bought a car from Motorfabriken with a body made by Sjøøsten, Kjellmans Vagnfabrik, was Hjalmar Granult from Værmland. This picture with himself behind the wheel, was taken during a visit to his home town of Torsby. It was long thought that the car was a Panhard, but the cars true manufacture could be established after the find of Sjøøstens picture."

AB Motorfrabiken used modified Fafnir engines.
