the Wiki-info gives 1942 ...,
the German written "Enzykl. of European Micro-cars/part.I-1945>55" has:
city-car for private use of P. Arzens, 1-Zyl/50ccm/3PS/30km.h, first published in spring-1951
so ,
btw., the right micro-car-photo of Wiki/F not the same car - this electro-3-wheeler starts in Dec.-1942, finished in Dec-1946 ...,
