01: Yes, it's similar, but not the same.
02: Look at the radiator and the bonnet, it's not an Austin.

But the radiator is not Franklin. The radiator looks like Mercedes. Here is a photo of the radiator.

The coachbuilders name was Jean Thomas, he was from Saint Brieuc.
