Are you sure that the name is Chastellard and not Chatellard ?
There was a Carrosserie Chatellard in Toulouse between the wars.

Well it was named with an S but surely you're right as the S would be not pronounced in speaked French. A rare coachbulder I don't think they were two with this name one with an S an another without S. More period pictures of this car-like-tank =)
