Hi, MikeC

1. It looks for a Fiat 509S Ro2/1925>27.
2, It is a Ballot RH8 Li2/1927>28.
3. With Bentley I have found nothing, but for race-cars I have no documents.

With greetings to You, Frank ;) .

Pre-war cabriolet used by the Romanian film studios in the 1960s - the nocturnal photo is apparently on the set of a 1965 film called "Procesul Alb", though no such car appears. What seems to be the same car was also used in he 1965 film "Steaua Fara Nume"; further screengrabs can be found at http://volganeagra.blogspot.com/2013/07 ... stery.html . It should be straightforward but isn't - the closest I can get is that the body is v similar to some of Letourneur et Marchand's work. Any clues?

Hi, Adrian,
how about a Horch Erdmann&Rossi 853 Sport-Ca2/1937:
https://www.google.de/search?hl=de&tbm= ... y95XMw0Xxw

Some similar work I have found with the 2018-L&M-book:
Delage L&M D6-70 Ro2/1937:
https://www.classiccarcatalogue.com/DELAGE%201937.html

also: Renault L&M Viva Grand Sport Ro2 1938: no pics in web - with the L&M-book only drawings.

My first thought, with greetings to You, Frank ;) .

Hi Frank,

Thank you for your suggestions. V interesting about the Delage and the Renault - I'm increasingly convinced this is French. Did L&M ever do anything on a Salmson, I wonder?

Best wishes,

Adrian

L&M did around 1948 only some drawings for/with Salmson (#6120) ..., ... similar to the S. 2300-Cp some years later ...,

...with greetings, Frank.

A sales brochure for the Austin Seven has recently been discovered, and I would be interested if anyone can shed some light on the likely coachbuilder:

The Italian agent was based in Milan, so it seems reasonable to assume that the coachbuilder was also Milanese.

Hi, Mike,

the 650p-Encycl. of I-CB/A. Sannia has for Milan(o) 150 CB listed., but no help to find Austin-cars separate. So I have to check all possibilities in photo and/or text - means, I need time to send You the final result.

With greetings, Frank ;) .

Hello, Mike,

the work is done. But nothing found with Austin in Milano. About 40% is only known by name, but not by work/brands.

With greetings, Frank.

Thanks for trying, Frank.

Are there any clues from the general style and details? The catalogue probably dates from around 1929.

Hello, again, Mike,

while surching yesterday evening I recognize, Zagato has created some foreign micro-cars around 1930, with similar optik.
The book for GB- & F-Motor-Show/1930 could'nt help ..., ... my Zagato-book prefers to show the race-cars.

With greetings to You, Frank ;) .

I found this picture of a Ford Vedette convertible in the book "La Ford Vedette de mon Père". The picture was taken in Frankfurt am Main. I wonder which coachbuilder was responsible for this body. It surely looks German, the coachbuilder's plate at the bottom of the front fender is hardly recognizable. Could it be Migö?

Hi, Wendax,

it is a 1951/52 F-Ford Deutsch-Vedette Ca2. You are right, it looks for Migö, but for the batch it is the other Cologne-CB - Deutsch.

Deutsch: https://www.google.de/search?hl=de&tbm= ... EsQ4dUDCAU

Migö: https://www.google.de/search?hl=de&tbm= ... gkQ4dUDCAU

Thank you, Frank. Deutsch would have been my second guess.
