I have 3 sources who say different things.

1) 1945 chassis
2) 1947 body
3) 6C 2500 Super Sport by Bertone. Designed by Mario Revelli di Beaumont. Chassis # 915516 delivered on 4/12/1942. Car finished towards the end of 1943.

Because of the amount of details, I think source 3 is the most reliable one.

Cassis-# 915501 > ....22, so in total 22 #'s are listed for AR-6C2500SS and 1942 - encluded also # ....16 ...,
... with greetings, FrankWo.

This car is very similar to the Fiat 1500 Bertone designed by Mario Revelli di Beaumont in 1941, now in the Nicolis Museum.
For PG1964 (in Bertone 1500 forum) "it inspired some Alfa Romeo 6C 2500", so the Fiat is former.

The wonderful Bertone coupé of Corrado Lopresto won the Coppa d'Oro of Villa d'Este 2011, the most important award of the concours.
The cars was perfect...maybe a little over-restored...but the style is something stunning...
You can see the perfect body and engine and how Lopresto spent his sunday at Villa Erba: ....dusting off the car... ;)

Well yes, but photographing a shiny black car without a polarising filter to hand was a bit of a lost cause... :(

I would like to open a discussion about the 1948 cabriolet i posted before.
In the same period Bertone produced some Lancia Aprilia coupè, Fiat 1100 Stanguellini coupè and Fiat 6C1500 sedan with the same "fish-snout" front.
I'm sure, because i already checked with the relatives, that Revellli and Michelotti didn't design them.
Anybody has an idea?

Seen at the 2014 Autoclassica of Milan.
It's the #915.223 sport, designed by Revelli. Sold in 1947 and introduced to the Rome elegance concours and to the Turin elegance concours during the same year.

Yes, but "luna di miele" is a nickname gave it by the owner.
The 2 photos show the 1947 Turin elegance concours, held in the garden of the Royal palace.
