Re: Zagato Fiat 8V
I used a chassis list by Adriansen, which is older than the book. Maybe he typed it wrong. This things happen sometimes. If you have more actual Information, keep us updated
. I try to provide as much Information, I could and I'm happy, when somebody corrects my mistakes.

This car is the 1000miglia 1955 winner.
I thought that Stirling Moss was the Winner of the 1955 MM and his Car was a Mercedes Benz 300 SLR.
Fiat 8V, with Chassisnumber #106-000110 is original a Rapi S II Berlinetta.
Somebody is producing fake Zagato Cars in Italy, same with #108, which is now a Zagato Berlinetta, presented in Padua in 2007.
Category winner, of course.
About the fake Zagatos, everything is possible. The interest on the Fiat 8V increased in the last 3 years, so the market asks for more cars.
Re: Zagato Fiat 8V
right, but the Rapi Body is very nice

Re: Zagato Fiat 8V
In 1953 Ovidio Capelli bought a Fiat 8VZ chassis which Zagato transformed into a Barchetta. Capelli raced it in the 1953 Mille Miglia (first pic). The car was rebodied twice by Zagato (second + third pic).
