I don't know if this post is in the right section, but I only have a few informations.
Tunesi was a Frenh guy involved in cars the fifties, but not a proper coachbuilder. I think he owned a garage and he (re)bodied two beautiful chassis :
A Bugatti 57
And an Alfa Romeo 6C 2500.
The Alfa Romeo seems to be inspired by some works of Frua or Michelotti for Ghia-Aigle…
In both cases, I think the work is brilliantly done : who could suspect that these slim shapes hide big chassis dating from the thirties ?

About the Bugatti: http://www.bugattibuilder.com/forum/vie ... 5&start=45
www.bugattibuilder.com wrote:

Unfortunately I don't speak dutch... :?

First, to answer Iluvatar, I am not SACO on AutoPuzzles.com !
About the 203 Barbier, there is few information on the Forum Auto.com site. As for Roger Tunesi, after the Bugatti, the Alfa Romeo and the 203, he created a new company, named Georges & Jacques, to build caravans and accessories for them. In 2007, he was apparently still alive.
The most incredible is to come, Following the information on the dutch site, the Tunesi Bugatti was built in 1952 on the chassis # 57385, which was no less that the famous "Derain roadster", designed by Jean Bugatti with enclosed wheels (photograph enclosed) !!!!!!
The Tunesi Bugatti has been reportedly stolen and not found yet…
