And this is the special Fiat 8V with turbine engine.
I'm not sure about the body from "Fiat Carrozzerie Speciali" (this is the correct name, not "Fiat Carrozzerie Speciale" ;) ) but someone can confirm...
Photos from Turin, Evolution and Speed Exhibition (2008 and 2009).

Fiat had his own coach-workshop since 1906 outside the c.so Dante plant. Normally they built the sedan bodies, giving the commission for the torpedos and the special coachworks to Locati&Torretta, Viotti, Alessio and to the others.
The workshop was in via Madama Cristina 27, today the building doesn't exist anymore. Before the WWI Fiat produced nearly 200 chassis a day, part of the production was moved by 2 little tractors every morning, while people watching those mechanical masterpieces crossing the streets. The building was sold at the end of the '20s and the coach-workshop moved to the Lingotto plant, outside the main building, near the steampress workshop.
After the WWII the coach-workshop assumed the new name (carrozzerie speciali) because the main coach-production was made in the Mirafiori plant.
This workshop made the special and the low series production until the 1960: 1100B cabriolet, 1100 sport, 8V, 1100/103 coupè, 1400 cabriolet, Campagnola, etc.

My German is not really good, but if I'm correct 'Zuckerfabrik' says the 1937-'38 508C MM was by Savio, but it doesn't quote the coachbuilder for 1939-'40 version.

Some comments about the "Carrozzerie Speciali Fiat" Lingotto.
Often they had subcontractors for the body-in-white building, and they only assembled the cars.
This is the list of the models carrying the "Carrozzerie Speciali" badge that I know (probably forgetting some... ;) ).

1938 508 C 1100 MM (body by Savio)
1939 1100 MM (body by Savio)
1946 1100 Cabriolet (probably body by Viotti, but never got confirmation)
1947 1100 MM (body by Motto)
1948 500 B Belvedere
1949 500 C Belvedere
1950 1400 Cabriolet (body by Colli)
1952 1900 Torpedo (body by Colli)
1952 1900 Granluce
1952 8V (actually badged but not true, because was made by the Mirafiori "Costruzioni Sperimentali" - protoshop)
1955 1100/103 Cabriolet

Actually made later, but no longer badged:

1959 1800-2100-2300 Familiare (body by Viotti)
1959 2100-2300 Berlina Speciale (body by Ellena)

After Viotti has built the Fiat 525 SS in 1930 for the Fiat racing team, Fiat Carrozzerie Speciali produced a few similar cars in 1931

Sorry, but this is absolutely not true. Some (probably 2) of the earliest racing cars, with the same high-profile chassis of the saloon, were built by Fiat. All the serial production, on low-profile chassis, however, was carried on by Viotti (on behalf of Fiat).
