Slightly more information on this one: the Duopower Afghan by Watanabe.
Supposedly a one-off, commissioned by Japanese auto parts manufacturer Takashi Koga.
The car is based on a space-frame chassis covered by a fibreglass body. Power comes from a Chevrolet sourced 5.7 litre V8 engine, while the name is that of Koga-San's favorite breed of dog...
