What's the story on this? How did such an old body end up on that chassis?

I found this: http://www.brusselspictures.com/autoworld/belgium-cars/

"FN 1930 (FN 1400) – 4 cyl. – 1452 cc
The Shah of Persia ordered a car in 1912 but because of the war, it could not be delivered. The body was, later transferred to a 1930 chassis and finished using wood"
