Phantom II, a Cabriolet de Ville, circa 1934, right? Well, it looks the part, except only one Phantom II (110GN) by Franay is accounted for and is from 1930. If this is that car, it would have been revolutionary in 1930. However, 105 Phantom II were sold new in France, and inevitably they changed owner. Plus, times were tough, and a new Rolls Royce chassis was an expensive affair. The body may have been out of fashion, but the chassis still had plenty of life left in it. So, the business was to get a new body on an older chassis. Depending on the budget, parts were carried over. In this case the tell tale is in the bonnet which does not have any overhang at the rear, and nor do the louvres. So, quite a late body on an earlier chassis, and not accounted for. Somebody will know...

Finally. This is phantom I 62KR rebodied by Franay in 1934, replacing the original hooper sedanca de ville. Get other pictures

GAR32, 1937 25/30 Saloon as shown on the 1937 Paris Motor Show before delivery to E.G. Fontes in Brazil, and apparently surviving there.

It's not a competition site, Sergej, something floats past and it is put on the site, sometimes with surprising results.

Not a very happy creation: a 1950 Silver Wraith Limousine by Franay, WHD 53, for Miss G. Bonsor, in Monaco. Not shown on the Motor Show, though it will have looked less like a bus in a different colour as originally delivered.
