It must be the same car, the numberplates from the last pics are valid for 5 days (DAH = Dachau), f.e. when you buy a car and want to drive it home, before you let it registrate in your home town.

Designed by Mario Boano, built by Ghia Aigle, Fiat 1500, 1949

This Fiat 6C1500 was built in 1947 by Ghia of Turin. The car joined to the 1947 Turin elegance concours where it won the category prize (cat. XIX). The designer was Felice Bianco while Uberto Capalbi created the particular cover fenders. Mario Boano was the owner of the Ghia at that time, but he never designed any car because he didn't know to design. The background of the photo is clearly Aigle in Switzerland, i think the car was moved there just to show it in the shop (it hasn't the license plate).

Thank you, Paolo ! :good:

I think the mistake comes from the period swiss "Automobil Revue" and Ferdinand Hediger published it today. ("...one of the first cars bodied by Ghia Aigle after a design from Mario Boano...").

It was a common mistake, most of the time the editorial staff didn't have photographers of agencies everywhere, so they wrote in the same photo in different articles.
