Attached are two photos from my collection showing another EMW 327/2 convertible with Gläser body (BMW's prewar version had a body by Autenrieth). The car was registered in the Leipzig area (Saxony).

This car looks like the prewar BMW 327 with Autenrieth body to me. Note the position lights on the front wings (rather than below the front lights), the two-piece engine hood (rather than a one-piece flat one), the position of the indicator in the front pillar (rather than in the rear pillar).

What makes you believe that it's a EMW? Later posts in this section show photos of the EMW version where the distinctive features are clearly visible.
