After the closings of the Belloni and the Macchi companies, two of the partners, Ferraguti and Viaud, bought the rest of the shares founding a new company in 1911: the Italo-Argentina coachwork of Milan in via Ponte Seveso 19. Thanks to the Argentinian ex-Belloni and ex-Macchi customers, the two partners had an immediate success in the luxury coaches market, but they didn't survived to the WWI unfortunately.
