This Windhoff Limousine was shown at Berlin Motor Show 1911. On this show a similar limousine by Kellner was shown on the Horch stand (see A.Kellner Horch). I've tried to read the plate in front of the car but I can't decipher it.
Probably Kellner built a second body for Windhoff, but I'm not sure. Hornig has built similar bodies for Benz and Horch, but earliest two years later.

I've now found a source which confirmed that this Windhoff Limousine was bodied by Alexis Kellner.

This car featured a quite unusual seating layout with one central seat in front, two main seats in the rear area and two additional folding seats in the centre:
