Weymann did the canee decoration, the body is by Gangloff. This is chassis #49175 for Lord Cholmondeley a great Bugatti lover. Hence I bet for Weymann UK. I add pictures

W.-F works 1921>30 and W.-GB was listed for 1923>32. So,if we can be shure for built-up in1931, it must be GB-made ...,
