At that time Maggiora was a sub-contractor. He produced naked bodies on behalf of third parties only.
He became a body manufacturer 50 years later.

The car in the color photo is the same model of the car in the b/w photo, but it's over-restored or bad restored, if you prefer.

It was a common practice for the period coachbuilders to produce the same body model for different cars and brands: Fiat 508-Lancia Aprilia-Fiat 1500 or Fiat 2800-Lancia Astura-Alfa Romeo 6C2300, for example.
