I suspect car in top photo also Allemano xk140 ,as drum brakes can be seen behind the wire wheels,& all xk150s had disc brakes...

The two Allemano Jaguar exist. These pix are in the book about designer Giuliano Silli (ASI)

Nice photos , thanks !

I think both cars are XK 140 , as they appear to have large drum brakes visible behind the wire wheels.

Does either survive ?

The car without the side air intakes is a XK150. Michelotti designed a similar 2 doors for Ghia-Aigle too.

Looking at the nice photo of the car without side vents at the top of the thread, I believe that the large drum brakes are visible behind the wire wheels. Disc brakes were a major selling point of the XK150 & I would think it was extremely unlikely that anyone would fit XK120 or 140 drum brakes on an XK150 ? Of course the chassis / vin would tell all :)

I had thought that the green Ghia Aigle 150 coupe was designed by Frua ?
It survives in nicely restored condition.

There was a Ghia Aigle XK140 which looks as if
by Michelotti ,it doesn't seem to have survived.

I saw the XK150 scale drawing by Michelotti at the factory in Aigle.
The green 1958 XK150 you are referring, is a Frua 's design.
Unfortunately i don't know if a XK140 by Michelotti survived.

That page isn't reliable because it dates back to 23 years ago.
