Gordon England really deserves its own thread in UK coachbuilders!

Here's the very first Gordon England Brooklands Special in his racing workshop in 1924; this was the catalyst for his coachbuilding enterprise:

Here is the first Gordon England fabric-bodied van outside the Palace of Industry Works in Wembley, 1927:

The car in the 4th post certainly started out as a Gordon England Stadium, but it has been heavily modified and bears only a passing resemblance to an original car. The top of the door should be horizontal,and the tail should not droop. Here is how the Stadium should look!

Note: some cars were metal panelled as in the pale coloured car here, although the majority were fabric covered.
