Hello - Is there reliable data for how many Phantom I's were bodied or re-bodied by Murphy? If so where can I find it.

Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the reply. Can you tell me if that book gives details or does it just provide the number you mention?

Added to that there are rebodied cars by Murphy, of which the number isn't eactly known.

Thank you for the reply. Yes I would like to see an expertly documented accounting of the Murphy Rolls as new and re-bodied cars. Once I have a credible source I will need to calculate the value of a new Murphy vs. a Brewster vs. another over a re-bodied Murphy vs. Brewster vs. another. So far I see a 30'sh % bonus for post post 1929 Duesenbergs/Packards. It's the pre 1930 open cars (Phaetons) that I can't find 2 pieces of data that look the same.
