It's not a twenty but a Silver Ghost chassis number 45CW formerly Labourdette tourer made by Dr. Pierre Boucard probably in Labourdette's. He owned several RR; 1535 kellner, 2654 l to e, and the original 45CW. Maybe here's a mistake Boucard by Busson or it could be made at Busson's instead of Labourdette

Guillaume Busson build a extrem ponton Delage in 1930 and Citroen C6 in 1929.
So it is perhaps Busson too,because he loved the streamlined form.
